Journey

Sometimes the journey must be taken alone, and it appears endless. At other times, the journey is traveled with others and it is short-lived. Traveling by land, sea, air or in the mind, the journey has many faces and goes to many places.  Sometimes the journey is a struggle. Sometimes one doesn't want to go any further, but, rather, they wish to rest and stay put.  Regardless of one’s intentions, the journey pushes one forward, and soon one discovers an endless array of experiences and openings.

Journeys 
During the Covid - 19 pandemic, it was a difficult time for many, losing family members and having to stay indoors. It was during this time I found an avenue to reflect on those who lost their lives and those who are continuing the journey of living.  Through the art pieces below, I am grateful that I can give homage to those before us and to those who are moving on.
